Primate Tree Care is a living American dream. We started this company with almost nothing and built it into a fully equipped, fully insured powerhouse. We sold almost everything we owned to buy a meager set of gear, and by working from 7am to midnight, six to seven days a week, we made it happen. With all this sacrifice, we tend to take the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers very seriously.
Primate Tree Care specializes in difficult and dangerous tree removal, but we are happy to take care of smaller projects as well. It doesn't matter if the tree is large and leaning over your house, or broken off and leaning precariously over your garage, we can handle any tree in any situation. Our presence at many hurricanes, ice storms, tornados, and other such disasters has given us great experience with complex tree removal.
We were so pleased with the crew that came to cut our big oak tree down and many other trees and trimming up our back yard. Everyone was so cordial and careful for our property. All of you guys are the greatest! I was in customer service most of my life and that is the secret to success in any business, pleasing your customers.

WOW! We are so happy with Primate Tree Care. Justin came out and gave us a very fair estimate. They showed up when they said they would, trimmed and pruned the overgrown trees and hauled all the wood and branches away. Everything looks great. Clean and professional. 5 stars doesnt even do Primate justice!! This team is truly unbelievable!! We had 2 very large silver maples that needed to come down and another to be trimmed. We got several different quotes and Primate was the quickest and most fair quote we got. Had an 0800 appointment and they were cutting by 0801... no joke. They were prompt, professional, safety minded and courtesy not only to us, but to our neighbors and the cars driving down our moderately busy street. They cleaned up throughly after the job was complete and they were on to the next job 4 1/2 hours later. Thank you Primate and the boom

Please do not use this company. Based on my experience and reading others' reviews, if something goes wrong it will always be the customer's fault. Primate Tree Care cut down an entire trunk of our 30+ year old river birch tree, and they were not even supposed to touch the tree. They said my husband must have told the crew to cut this tree instead of four other dying trees that were supposed to be cut and weren't. They have no documentation to show this, and my husband did not even get home until the crew was cleaning up. My biggest disappointment is with how the owner has treated

I never met or knew any of the owners or workers for this company prior to calling. I called for an estimate. Received it promptly. Had three large trees (Boxelder Trees) to remove. Two were right next to my Cedar Fence and the other on was over my neighbor's pool heater and pump. Watching them cut and rope off the large branches for soft landings was like watching a work of art being made. They were efficient, friendly, professional and made sure I was happy with the job done. Price was the same as the bid. I was pleased.
