They have a really nice selection of beautiful tiles and I was hoping to purchase floor tile and wall tile for my bathroom and kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, the sales people just ignored me as I walked around their store. One salesperson was on her cell phone . I walked out and not because they didn't have what I wanted, but because of their lack of customer service. I purchased my tile at Standard Tile which I am sure I could have purchased the same tile at Wayne Tile.

I am a general contractor. Rich is the best tile specialist I've ever deal with. His skill and knowledge helps me through many difficult tile installations. The tools, products, materials, and equipment here is hard to beat anywhere in the state. Rich is so dedicated to his job, his contractor clients, the tile suppliers, all of the manufacturers, and all of the materials he sells. Rich is spectacular to deal with, providing excellent customer service and a wealth of product knowledge as well as installation knowledge, a pair that's hard to find in this business. Me and the wife went here out of recommendation from our contractor. We had no idea where to start and needed help. We had a younger girl come up to us and totally wanted nothing to do with us. Basically said "Find something you like then I will talk with you". We walked around however were lost due to the immense selection. People saw us lost and didn't care or asked to help. For someone who has no idea where to start or they need design help, stay far away from this place. Very unprofessional salespeople that are not helpful. I will not be returning or telling the other 3 houses

I would never recommend this place to anyone I liked. They have a lousy return policy and they treat their customers like they are doing them a favor overcharging them. Terrible attitude as well. They all seem jaded in some way.They should get out of the business and give us all a break. Pee you to Wayne Tile in Rockaway.

I needed porcelain tile for my bathroom renovation and my sister recommended this place.
There is plenty of parking in the lot. Inside, they have a very large multi story space in with a countless number of options. We were approached by salesman Dan, who showed us many options and ideas. We were looking for a wood plank style porcelain tile for the floor and we found it in the second floor. After we settled on the wall tiles, he gave us samples to take home.
The rest of our correspondence was through e-mail, exchanging square footage and elevation drawings for quotes. After some back and forth

Poor Quality - Unreliable & Unprofessional
We recently hired Wayne Tile(Hamburg Location) to replace all the flooring in our 1200 square foot vacation home. The job consisted of removal of the current carpet/tile & replacing with new carpet/tile while moving all furniture within the home.
We chose to go with Wayne Tile based off online reviews we had read as well as a review from the previous homeowner and after the AWFUL experience we had, I am documenting our experience so others are aware what it was like trusting Wayne Tile to complete this work.

What a life saver !! The place I ordered tiles from told me last minute that my tiles would not be in. In desperation, I went to Wayne tile and it ended up being a blessing. They had a larger selection, better pricing and most of their tiles in stock in their warehouse. The staff was extremely friendly too and answered all my questions. Truly a life saver. I went to the showroom on rt 23. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know !!!

Wayne title terrible terrible customer service nobody asked if we needed help an we were walking around for 15 min - the girl behind the counter was on her cell phone an the guy was stuffing he's face - retail is all about good customer service an this owner needs to take a look around an see he's company is lacking it!!!!!

I LOVE WayneTile I have been dealing with them for many years and Rich who is now in the discount center couldn't be more helpful and awesome. He has helped me do ten bathrooms with outstanding design results!!!! I couldn't have done it without him!!! Even when I doubted and couldn't see his vision I should have trusted his talent!! Totally had no intention of getting my tile here, I came from CT just to get ideas and compare prices...a young woman offered help, she was not pushy in any way, and completely helped me get through the process of designing our showers. The tile was very competetive in price and needless to say we ended up buying there. Great experience here!

Rudest sales people ever. They acted like I was a hassle because I only needed 25sq for a small foyer and I didn't want to spend a fortune. I guess my business wasn't good enough. If they only new i had 3 bathrooms and a 1500 sq ft basement that i will be doing in december. I guess I'm going to check out the other tile stores in the area.

Came here when they had their tent sale. They started on Thursday and ended on Saturday and got some real bargain. One must come early to get the good stuff ... and the good ones sold really fast. The staff was friendly and helpful, even some were definitely more knowledgeable than the others.. seek them out and they could really make a different in your design. Don't forget get your measurements!!!
