Nick was on time and very honest about how to deal with our rat problem. Instead of charging us $150 he told me to continue to treat the problem myself as I had been doing and gave me a few additional pointers. Hoffman Pest service is the most friendly, high quality, and affordable service. In Spring Hill, KS our home was sitting on a huge network of ants.

I spoke with Nick about a pest issue and he was extremely helpful. Although he couldn’t identify what it was by pictures, he gave me suggestions of what to try and look for. I didn’t use his services at this time, yet, he still told me I could text him if I found any more pests and he would help me as best he could. That’s customer service. We suspected we had carpenter ants and called Nick based on multiple strong reviews from friends. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and exceeded all our expectations! He was patient, fair, and made recommendations that were best for our family. Cannot say enough great things about this company- they've got out business for life!
