Let me start by saying, don't look for another company. They are reliable, professional, and honest. James came and dropped a rug that was given to me at no extra charge since he operates near my house. ProServe has the best prices, I know this because I called multiple companies. The wool rug had significant stains and I knew there was a chance they were permanent. Sadly, the stains did not come off, but James still tried his best. He cleaned and sanitized the rug completely. Fantastic company and owner. James is beyond accommodating and went out of his way to cater to our work schedules. He arrived to provide our free estimate on very short notice then followed through with the actual service within the next two days, per our request. Very easy and pleasant to work with. Proserve Restoration came in and did an amazing, efficient job! They are very professional and courteous. Right after they finished and had packed up all their equipment, my dog came in from the yard and had some mud on his paws. They got everything back out and cleaned up the spots he made free of charge. Wonderful service , we will be using them again!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When James and his crew arrived at my house my cat had just ran out the door. They spent half an hour helping me get my cat out of the tree and safely back inside. The carpet in my house looks brand new since they cleaned it and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Thank you ProServe, my house is ready for the holiday season.
