I was referred to Guilford Pools by a mutual friend. My house is on the market for sale, and I was in need of immediate assistance to clean the algae growing in my backyard pool during the hot summer days. I have been struggling with this due to financial abandonment from my former husband. Within a day, Sean and his wife were at my house to evaluate the pool and offer their expert advice on chemicals and maintenance. Given my unique circumstances, Sean loaned me a robot vacuum to clean the bottom surface of the pool at no charge. I am incredibly grateful for their kind generosity. I whole heartledly

Guilford pools out my pool in several years ago.I have called for the last 3 years wanting a price on replacing my liner but I never get a response. It should not be hard they don't even have to come look at it just refer to there records to see what style was installed and return my call.Or teach someone how to look up something and give a price instead of always saying I'll have Shaun call you.

I've literally called this business 12 times between June and August to get someone to come and give me a quote to repair my pool light and fix two places in my liner that's sagging (that they installed several years ago) but nobody ever calls me back. I keep leaving messages with the lady that works there but Sean, the owner, has never once returned my call. I've decided they don't stand behind their work and they don't need any new business!
