Ross Windows came highly recommended from a friend, the owner came to our house took measurements and personally prepared our estimate. He gave us our options, on the Bay window, and a realistic timeline (bay windows take longer). His amazing staff came today and installed all the windows flawlessly, leaving zero mess and most of all they took pride in their workmanship. Where else can you deal personally with the owner, and then have an amazing crew take pride in their work, a rare combination these days ladies and gentleman. I have been searching for window guards for our windows for months. Home depots standard does not fit our window. A neighbor told me about this place and without hesitation i ran over. I was greeted warmly by the amazing staff there who were professional and knowledgeable and eager to help. I am glad to say that i now have window guards that fit and can sleep safely at night thanks to them.

I am very happy with my new windows and this went pretty quick. My building provided 3 different companies and Ross was the cheaper ones. At first I was a bit skeptical that they would be of cheaper material, but when they came in I was really happy to see the quality and finish. It definitely added more value to my apt. The guys were very quick to respond via email.
