Services
After hearing from you by phone of email, the first step is scheduling an initial consultation at your home to discuss plans for your property. Our first role is to listen and ask questions. We will define goals for the project and suggest ideas and suggestions. The proposal will detail the scope of the project and different materials options.
Whether you just moved into a new home lacking in usable hardscape and planted space or currently have established beds that need to be revamped and restored, a landscape designer can help bring your entire project together and assist you in visualizing the final product. We can provide various scales of designs from small sketches to full master plans detailing hardscape material selections and plant lists.
Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with- we were looking for a facelift for both our front and back yards but didn't have much knowledge about how to get started. Christine came in and immediately proposed a creative and beautiful idea that we absolutely loved. She answered every question we had along the way (including questions 6 months later!) and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Although Eco Land Designs has never done work for me personally I have visited several of Christine's design /installs and must say that I am impressed. Christine believes in the use of native species that are naturally hardy and acclimated. I was also impressed with her frequent use of permeable hardscape surfaces. Permeable paving is key to preventing run off and improving water quality and Christine really gets it right. Permeable paving can be tricky to install but after visiting two of Christine's installs that were over a year old it is clear that she does it correctly. As a General Contractor

The front of our yard had a bank of pachysandra that was overgrown with weeds and several empty spaces. I wanted to give the front of our house some curb appeal by removing much of the pachysandra and creating an "English Garden" look with easy maintenance. I also had a few areas in our back yard that needed some plants and a larger tree to cover a receptacle. I was referred to Eco-Land Designs by two friends.
