This company was assigned to us as part of a military PCS. When we arrived at our final destination, we found that a good portion of our breakable/glass items were not wrapped and were thrown in boxes with other items with no padding. Needless to say, a lot of stuff broke in transit. Items from various locations around the house were mis-labeled and packed with other items. The crew also did not understand the military inventory and paperwork requirements, and I had to walk them through it. After they left, we discovered that they missed several cabinets, and they had to send someone out the following
