I called to get an estimate on flagpole repair and was turned away by the owner. He stated that they were too busy to service flagpoles that they didn't install. It's not like I was asking them to perform the service for free. I guess I'll be taking our business elsewhere, since they apparently aren't interested in growing their client base.
