We signed the contract on 3/3/2021. They broke ground in late June. Today is 11/22/21 plumbing was made wrong, and wouldn’t pass the inspection. Still waiting for them to fix it! We are living in construction area that is been long and dangerous for our kids and us. My son developed allergies from dust, and the doctor advised us to remove all dirt. So we do this ourselves. We can’t have friends coming over ! So if you sign up with this company, you need to know that your pool will take at least a year. I think who would give this company five stars is someone who is working there or their relatives

Blue Fountain just finished building our pools on 10/22/21. We couldn't be happier with the result. The pool is beautiful and the workmanship is top notch. The entire project took only 12 weeks and customer service was excellent. Mark and Dan were always there to answer our calls and communication with office staff was immediate and very responsive. After being in business for more than 45 years, these guys know a thing or two about building pools. We are so happy with the final product and the great price that we got. We strongly recommend Blue Fountain Pools to anyone who is looking to build

I am sad to see that the same problems are turning up in reviews of this company's work as I posted for our job. We have still to hear back about unresolved issued two years later. This was the worst construction experience we ever lived through. I posted details in June 2019.

5/20 Contract signed with Mark- don't bother looping him in if you have any questions after the contract is signed. He will not respond or help with any issues.
8/3 Not one of our subs has shown up when they were scheduled to do so. The dig was confirmed and no show on the designate day/time... they arrived the next day 2 hours late. The plumber came day 1 and did not come back for several days. The concrete was to be started tomorrow and now it has been pushed to Wednesday.
While I realized I would be living in a construction zone for several weeks I did not realize that each phase would bring
