People there were so nice and wonderful the gentleman that helped us for great period we made a mistake in our measurement and they actually stayed open like 45 minutes late after working a long hot day just to help us and recut that glass and that meant a lot to us and whenever we need glass we will be going to them they are a great place to visit and I would do business with them over and over and over again

Well , I went to this business to get a window fixed . Dropped off the window. Went back the next day to pick up window. Yep, you guessed it, the young man gave me the wrong window. Yes , I know I should have checked to make sure It was the right one . But when you pay $70 dollars for repair work, you shouldn't have to second guess the employee. So now a third trip back to the business to get the correct window .

Company failed to call back promptly after I spent considerable time arranging for them to do a job. When they did finally call back 3 days later, they didn't seem concerned at all that I had scheduled another company to complete the repair, and there was no apology for failing to follow up. Not recommended.
