I have used Rn Smith twice now and if 3rd time is charm, I am in for a real treat! I had a leak from the air and they fixed it very quickly and did a thorough job of servicing my furnace for winter. Explained everything that they did and was reasonably priced! Thank you to the" tall lanky guy" for being honest and dependable! Appreciate that these days, it is a rare find! If you want someone you can trust, call these guys!

Love this local business!! They are always so responsive and stand behind their work. We have had to call during non business hours and they are still so responsive.

My 1st time using R.N. Smith HVAC I am very impressed. Came out on an emergency call on a Saturday morning an diagnosed the problem an made the repair the following Monday. Very reasonable cost. The Tech explained things about the furnace that I had no idea. Very knowledgeable.

Recently my mothers AC unit failed and we reached out to RN Smith. Although this was a busy time for them, they were able to replace her AC in an extremely timely fashion at a price I felt was right on target. You can not find a better HVAC contractor in Ohio. We have worked with these guys through a complete remodel of a 9000 SF commercial building and now a pole barn. Always on time and very professional.

I reached out to this company at the recommendation of a colleague of mine. It took 2 emails, before their project manager called me about my new build request. Doug called on 5/19/20 and Left me a voicemail message, in which I immediately returned the call later that day. After leaving Doug a voicemail message, I never received a curtesy phone call back.

Employees not calling prospective customers back, is bad business and foolish, as the negligence costs them valuable revenue and future business. Terrible customer service and an overall disappointing experience.

Brian from RN Smith is the best contractor I’ve worked with hands down. He installed heating and cooling in our house as well as our pole barn and he gave his timeline and was always prompt and professional. He worked with other contractors I had installing at the same time and was at my disposal even after the job was finished. Top notch. Might find a little cheaper but not better.

My air went out this past weekend with over 90 degree heat. I had to wait until Tuesday morning to call due to holiday weekend. The girl said she could not get a serviceman to my house until between 11a-4pm. that day and want to know if it was okay.. I said SURE! I was expecting at least a couple days wait. Tech came out and found out all I had was a burnt wire and the bill was very cheap. I thought for sure I was looking at a new compressor. THANK YOU for getting out so quick and getting my problem resolved!

Furnace quit putting out heat on a Saturday when the temperature was -5 degrees and the roads were trash from a recent heavy snow. Go figure right.

Called numerous HVAC companies who advertised 24/7 access and only 2 places even answered. The first place told me the roads were too bad to respond. RN Smith promptly called back after my voicemail and responded at 4pm on a Saturday.

The gentleman who responded diagnosed the problem, got my furnace running which saved the weekend, and since it was a Saturday couldn't order the part until Monday, so showed me what to do to get the heat back

Returned my message quickly, the tech was here in about an hour, thoroughly checked out the furnace and we have heat again. The price was really reasonable. Have done business with them for 10+ years and have no complaints! Thank you!

If you are looking for impeccable service, look no further. Had new cooling and heating system put in, absolutely perfect. The manager Steve Elkins was professional and informative I felt like he treated my needs as his own. And no I'm not related. Lol. Just simply perfect!
