New Image Pool Tile Cleaning

Years ago a company attempted to bead blast hard water deposits from our Pebbletec pool and spa. He left about 20% of the white deposit saying "you just can't clean Pebbletec that well." He showed up with a small handheld pressure washer device and left so much microbead material in the pool that it chewed up my water pump vanes and pool sweep. Both had to be replaced.

Well, Chris proved him wrong! He showed up in a big van with built-in equipment and cleaned the waterline and waterfall overflow making the pool look like new! His truck-mounted vacuum removed the majority of microbeads

I can't really speak for his tile cleaning, but for pool maintenance I would suggest someone else. He would be there for a total of 5 minutes each time and was out. Also, our water level of our pool was so low that the pump failed and now has to be replaced. He said it's our pool, not his nor his responsibility and yet we are paying him monthly to maintain it. I understand it is not his job to fill it up, but you would think he would mention to the owner that it was low and could cause damage...nice guy but lazy work

Chris and his partner did a fantastic job descaling the tile at the waterline in my 30-year-old pool. He also expertly replaced four tiles that had loosened. Scheduling was difficult because the tile work had to be coordinated with draining and replastering, but Chris cheerfully adjusted his schedule to make everything flow smoothly. Although he had agreed to an afternoon appointment, he was able to rush out that morning when another contractor made last-minute changes. Chris did a great job. Professional and competent. Tile looks like new. He did more than I asked for. But it is a very dusty process, so close your windows and advise neighbors in advance (if they're near.) Chris cleaned up as well as could be expected. NI was neither the lowest nor highest bidder of three, but the lowest was unlicensed so I did not choose him.

Hired Chris to clean my pool tile and also clean the brick work in front of my home.
