Eric was prompt, courteous and professional. I have used other companies in the past but nothing compares to the workmanship and care provided by Eric. He brought in the right equipment, even had a can that caught all of the dryer lint without making a mess. I would highly recommend 101 Lint Busters.

Eric at 101 Lint Busters is a very professional business owner. I called him and he was able to come to my house the next day to clean my dryer duct. While he was doing it, he explained the process and showed me everything that came out of it which of course is what caused my dryer to not work efficiently. He also took a picture of the inside of my dryer and suggested that he could give that a thorough cleanout as well and that if anything was to go wrong, he was fully responsible so I told him to go for it. I booked an appt for the very next morning and Eric (owner & operator) kindly sent me an email minutes after my online booking to let me know that the time slot I had picked was no longer available but that he could make it to my home a few hours after! As soon as he got to my home my husband said it only took him about 35 minutes to complete our service! He also left us with helpful information preventative and safety information about fires caused by lint buildup up!

I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" 101 Lint Busters. He cleaned out our dryer duct. We were having to run the dryer cycles 2-3 times to get a load to dry. Sometime that didn't even work!
Amazing! Eric certainly knows his stuff. He came in and took care of business, let us know what to purchase for preventive care, and even looked inside our dryer to confirm it didn't need maintenance. He is a no nonsense, honest man!

Worth every penny!
I spent hundreds of dollars on a new drier and I've hated using it because it took 2 hours to dry a single towel. Not anymore!
Eric's 101 Lint Busters did just that...they busted out the lint in my super-long vent system and now the drier runs like it's supposed to. I can't imagine how much money in natural gas that Eric's going to save me now.

Our dryer needed a few parts replaced, and after pulling it out, we could see that the vent was FULL of lint and other random things.
I contacted Eric and he came right out and got it cleaned out quickly! He's super nice and professional, and gave us a few tips on making the area around our dryer, safer. Highly recommend!

The HOA required Carol to clean her dryer vent. This was more than a handyman task because the vent ran a good 20 feet under her condo. So, she called 101LINT Busters with the intent of booking an appointment and instead, Eric arrived in under 5 minutes because he was already in the complex. Eric is awesome: honest, friendly, thorough, and hard working! You usually don't think about having an amazing experience getting your dryer vent service but Eric delivers. It was easy to make an appointment with him. He gave us great tips on keeping our dryer in tiptop condition and even recommend that because of our very short vent system, that we didn't need an annual cleaning and could probably go 2-3 years instead. What kind of businessman does that? An honest businessman who I will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. Don't look anywhere else, just call Eric.

We have a townhouse that is situated in such a way that the dryer vents up to the roof. Eric was so great in helping us fix our issue. On time, professional and not as expensive as I thought it would be.

Noticed the clothes were taking extra time to dry gave a call and Eric came out. Cleaned out the dryer vents and then showed me the inside of the dryer itself! He cleaned that for an additional charge and now everything is working like new! Eric was professional and made sure everything worked and explained things to do to prevent further issues. I would recommend to anyone needing service!

Called yesterday afternoon and Eric(owner/ operator) was able to fit me in this morning. He was right on time as promised and just finished cleaning out our dryer vent that hadn't been cleaned in over 5 years. He took the time to explain what we could do to avoid fires and extend the life of our dryer. He was informative and very helpful. I will definitely use him again and definitely recommend him.

Promptly responded to my message and scheduled within just one day. FINALLY found a service man for our dryer who actually did a comprehensive job! Cleaned years of lint from every nook and cranny, replaced the old original vent piping. It's a wonder nothing caught fire, and best of all, the machine now runs so efficiently! It's like having a new dryer and I'm sure I'll see the difference in our electric bill savings too!
