Horrible experience!
I consulted with Custom Kitchens to fabricate, finish and replace a number of cabinet doors, crown moldings and refrigerator panels. The owner (Tom) came to our home to measure the panels at which time he asked me if he could take one of our panels (off a header above our pantry) in order to match the final finish which we agreed too and he took the panel back to his shop.
Once we received their proposal they revealed they would fabricate the refrigerator panels but would not provide installation services which they did not reveal initially and created a substantial problem
