Called in to ask for help, spoke with Matan who let me know I might need another part from Liftmaster before he could fix it for me and wanted to save me the cost of having him come out to look and tell me the same thing (wait for part before fixing). So although I did not get to actually have Matan/Eden Garage Doors come out to fix my issue, I appreciate not being taken advantage of and the cost savings! Highly recommend them for their ethics and customer service!

Called on a Sunday, was surprised when Matan answered.
We set up a time for Monday morning. Matan arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He found the problem, a cable had come loose.
Fied it in no time and was not going to charge me for the service call.
Of course I gave him something for his time, but it showed a lot of character. I would not hesitate to recommend Matan to any body I know who has a problrm with their garage door.

Matt was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We are renovating our new home largely so we have been using a bunch of people from different companies in Fort Lauderdale. While our experience with some of these was good some were really painful.
But our experience with Matt was so painless and pleasant! We received a quote from a vendor previously who dilly dallied and never got to installation phase. After wasting 4 weeks with him were at our wits end. Our garage had newly been renovated so most companies said they wouldn't work with us because there would be too much back and forth given

Called this company at 6pm desperate! I had called another company a few weeks ago to replace a broken garage door spring. It was a terrible company, the spring was not installed properly, we were WAY overcharged and they installed all new rollers incorrectly as well. A few days went by and the garage door was louder than ever, slow to open and just sounded horrible. We called the same company back to have someone come out and fix the NEW problem. The service tech showed up without the proper equipment, having to resort to using my personal tools. Not only did he comment that the job was not done
