Fumes are bad and it is recommended that no one or no pets be in the house while coating the floors. Installation is major construction. We install an average of 300 to 500 square feet per day. This average may vary due to the number of room sizes. We are installing hardwood flooring close to your existing walls.

I absolutely love my floors. Out of all the people we have ever dealt with, these people were the best. They went above an beyond to make sure we were please an satisfied with our floor, they stand behind there work. It was a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend them an will most definitely use them again!

We just had floors installed by The Hardwood Mechanic. We had floors installed by them 17 years ago in another home. Once again, they did NOT disappoint. They were VERY reasonably priced. They completed the work before their original date. They took extra care to make sure our dog was happy and safe while on the job. They also paid close attention to make sure our cats didn’t “escape” during the construction. They treated our home like it was their home. Every time I contacted them, they were very prompt to reply. And, of course, our floors are beautiful! I would highly recommend them.
