I received the very best service possible from this company. Josh had great communication throughout the process. Their preparation really saved the day as they happened to have the exact garage door I needed in stock and ready to go instead of waiting 3+ months for delivery. They install high quality products. They were the first company I called after my garage door broke and after one phone call I didn't feel the need to call anyone else.

Woke up to a door that would not open. Called Garage Door Medics and was able to have them come out the same afternoon. The young man was very polite and fixed my existing unit (which had a loose bolt) and then tuned up the doors, etc for me. I appreciated that he wasn't about charging me for an entire new unit. When my old one gives up the ghost, I will call Garage Door Medics to install a new one! Great job and great service!
