Blue Water Pool & Spa

I can't say enough to express how awesome these folks are at Blue Water Pool. My hub and I decided we were going to put up a 30' round above ground pool this spring. Ourselves. It was actually going pretty well. At the very end, my hub had unexpected surgery that stopped our pool project at a point it couldn't really be stopped. We finished it w/ help from family and friends, but my hub could not maintain it, and I had no clue. I went to Blue Water. I asked for advice. I asked for guidance. The girl in the office was so kind to me, and Tim, the owner, as well. The girl in the office wrote down

GREAT JOB BLUEWATER POOL &SPA

Came here and had a first good experience. Then we decided to purchase a hot tub from them. Complete runaround every time we called and left messages . We were told by the employee that they had a job for a very important customer ( so we couldn’t pick up our hot tub) . Aren’t all customers important? When I talked to the owner on this he took the side of the employee and never offered any understanding in this matter. This company takes on too many customers and apparently categorizes customers.

Tim, Ben, and the team are amazing. Always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They also work fast without skimping on quality or professionalism. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Their prices are much better than what other companies charge for comparable products and services. Tim has been in the business for decades and is 100% trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Very helpful, and most definitely have the knowledge of pools. Decently priced as well!

As always pleasant, informative, professional and less expensive than the competition. In the two years since I bought my house with a pool Tim and his team have been great to deal with. To be honest they have helped me through a lot of the learning curves!

Tim goes the extra mile to solve a problem and provides expert dependable service. His team are caring customer oriented people. Thankful to have them as I journey through my first year as a pool owner!
