This contractor delivered on the contract. Replaced our roof in one day, cleaned up the debris, and hauled off the waste. The team was efficient and courteous. The team leader explained everything and even answered all my questions which educated me on the new roof. We had asked for several bids on the project and Mike's quote was the most detailed and answered our questions when comparing contractors.

Review is based solely on customer service as we didn't even get to the roofing part.
Called to schedule an estimate for new roof. No answer so I left a message on June 29.
Received a text on July 8 asking if I still needed a quote and he could get it to me in 24 hours. I responded yes with a couple questions. No reply.
Received a text on July 11 saying he will have the quote to me that day. I responded with a couple of questions. No reply.
Not sure how accurate an estimate would be without looking at the roof.
If you're on a time limit, have any expectation of a time frame, or

Mike's roofing finished my roof yesterday, from getting the quote to scheduling a date for the roof it was all very quick, I was pleased how fast he was able to have it done. His guys were all very nice and worked in the crazy heat to get it all done. I definitely recommend mike's, he was competitively priced and very nice. At times he can be difficult to get ahold of because of how busy they are but he always gets back to you eventually. If you're looking for a great deal on a new roof I feel comfortable recommending Mike's roofing.

While Mike’s crew were fast and, apparently did good work, his communication is awful and no follow up on issues. Damaged siding and leaf guards. The crew also did a less than stellar cleanup job. I have had two nails in my tires since the work was done. While I believe they did a good job, and were able to get the job done promptly, attention to detail, communication, and follow up leaves something to be desired.

Great job on the roof & gutters. They look great & we have had significant rain with no leaks. Very pleased. Still have nails & screws washing into my driveway from the rainwater washing them out of the grass so do a thorough check for nails & screws afterward to avoid a tire puncture. Would still recommend to anyone needing a new roof and/or gutters. Looks beautiful, price was right, workers are fast & efficient. Good job!

New resident to VA and the home we were purchasing needed a new roof. Thankfully my realtor recommened Mike's Roofing. Being new to the area I wanted a local and reliable business that would be in the area if problems develop over time (house has heavy tree canopy overhead and falling limbs is an issue until the trees are trimmed).
The roof was at max life, Mike's Roofing was quick to respond to phone calls, provided information about VA and why certain shingles were better than otherd based on state weather/climate/home shade, sent shingle options and the estimate quickly, was available

Mike Thompson roofing was the only company out of 5 that I called to come out on time and give a estimate they were the best price around by thousands and shoed up on time and did extremely good work they did my siding and roof in only 2 days where as other companies that came out to do estimate were talking about a week they cleaned up after there selves and were all polite and courteous from the owner to the workers
