I called 911 Restoration for my water damage and 35 minutes later they were knocking on my door. The project manager John walked me through every step of what needed to be done and was very patient with me. They took my insurance information and billed my insurance company directly. I had the unfortunate situation where we had a power outage , my sump pump and generator weren't working and my finished basement got soaked. All I can say is “thank God for 911 Restoration!" They came to my house the same day I called. Adrian was my technician and he was amazing. He was so kind, reassuring and got to work right away. He was professional, compassionate and took great care to save as much of my basement as he could. We used 911 Restoration for mold remediation in our kitchen and basement.
