Clear View Construction is owned and managed by the happily married duo of Karl Deede and Erica Swedberg. Karl is a seasoned builder whose eye for detail and dedication to green building drives his passion for constant improvement. He has always been fascinated with understanding how things work, and why things are the way they are.
Clear View Construction LLC is a full scale renovation, remodeling and design construction company serving Greater Eastside Seattle with a focus on the area between Bellevue and North to the Snohomish County. We find we are best matched with discriminating clients who appreciate the details and care that define a home.

I highly recommend Clear View Construction. Karl (owner and general contractor) is honest, detailed oriented as well as a true craftsman. We have worked with CVC twice and would gladly work with them again. You will receive guidance and clear communication Karl and a stunning final project. Karl and Clear View Construction are spectacular! Clear View did both my bathroom and kitchen / dining room remodels. Karl is not only a highly skilled craftsman, but he's also a problem solver of all things project related. Those two skills mean you get quality end results at the right prices!
I could not love my new bathroom and kitchen / dining room more! Clear View and Karl made design problems into design features! In my case, if you can't avoid an awkward structural support post in the kitchen, Karl suggested making it stainless steel and plunging it through the kitchen counter to match

Clear View Construction was recommended to me by a friend when I needed to have my newly purchased Renton townhouse remodeled. My condo was built in 1980 and not only had never been updated, I'm sure the carpet was the same carpet from 1980 too. It was in desperate need of attention to say the least.
