Jacked Up the price because they thought the base wasn't good enough for the repair. They busted up existing pavement with heavy equipment and refused to fix it. The finished job simply sucks, there is no evidence of professional work. Never use them. It was an insurance job, so I didn't pay them directly, however, I'm allowed money for them to finish the job in the spring, of course, it won't be this unprofessional company.

On June 14th a job was started by houser at 1001 st. Adalbert Ave. Dayton Ohio. The contract states they put down 2 inches of asphalt and measurements were taken that clearly show 2 inches of asphalt were not put down. There was also a verbal statement that they took 60 tons of material off of the parking lot. We have video evidence that nowhere near that amount was removed. We have video evidence of the poor workmanship performed. The parking lot has multiple spots where water can form and multiple spots where it is not level. There was damage done to the parking drain cover which is on video

I had cracking in my blacktop driveway and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. The gentleman arrived early the next morning, filled the cracks, and resealed the entire driveway. He was done in a little over 2 hours with our double car driveway. Very neat and efficient and the driveway looks great!

I would not use them again. Their “ policies” are not customer friendly. They do not offer customer service as part of their operation. They are harsh and unwavering in their self righteousness. Could use a professional customer service rep to explain to them how they can improve….if they could self reflect and hear what their customers are saying. They weren’t worth arguing with, so I took the high road with them. Hopefully they see this and self correct.

Had Houser replace my asphalt driveway with new asphalt. Got several bids and Houser was the best. Removal of the old asphalt exposed some very bad base which had to be replaced. I agreed on a price, and they finished the job in fine fashion. When I received the invoice, the extra charge was only half of the estimated price! Congratulations to Marq and his crew for an excellent job, and to Mike Houser for being an honest business man. Very Happy with my new driveway!

Horrible service! They poured blacktop in my driveway at the end of last season and damaged part of my siding around the garage. Work wasn't good because they poured some of it cold and they didn't coordinate well with the folks who did the concrete curb plate. They finally came back and seal coated 2 weeks ago, after I'd been calling for over 6 weeks. They seal coated on a rainy day and ruined my newly painted house due to splashing. They sent someone out to paint the garage door but failed to take care of the siding and other things that were damaged. They also tried to convince me that somehow

Very difficult to work with. Poor communication and got bounced around between a lot of people when getting an estimate. Owner is a very sour individual - they were late in sending me the invoice, then when I tried to pay within a week of getting it, he accused me of being a deadbeat and that I was lucky he didn't start charging me 18% interest! Gave him my credit card information, but then said he would charge an outrageous 4.5% fee that he didn't disclose earlier (which is required by law, and is also higher than the lawful amount).
