It has done wonders for my bad back. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and put us in a hot tub that met our needs, no pushy upselling like we experienced with other company’s. The aftercare experience has been very good.

Our Palma hot tub is one of the best purchases we have ever made. We use it every day. I do all the maintenance myself. It is easy to operate. We love the tub and would recommend it to anyone. The customer care we have received has been second to none.

Best purchase I've made over the years, sounds silly. But, I get in my hot tub every day. It helps with minor aches and pains, arthritis, and even depression and anxiety. We visited the showroom. Unlike most of the other hot tub companies we had been to. There was no hard sell from aggressive smarmy sales persons, several ran down their competitors? What an industry! We didn't feel under pressure at all at The Hot Tub Company which was very refreshing and how it should be. We placed an order for our Barcelona hot tub . Everything has been great. The installation team were superb, very helpful. Our hot tub is fantastic and we use it most days. We would definitely buy again.

The installation was smooth and without issue, the team were happy to play around with the positioning of it, excellent clear instruction on maintenance of the tub.
