I employed Budget Maintenance (Owner-Eli Stein) to fix the asphalt at some commercial property I own less than a year ago. The receipt clearly says "Two year warrantee." I now have a parking lot that is worse than it ever has been. It's even worse than it was prior to them working on it. I paid them approximately 8,000.00 for a pitiful job! I have sent certified letters and talked with them. They have not followed through. I intent on filing a lawsuit next week. If you want a job well done, DO NOT USE BUDGET MAINTENANCE!!

We hired this company yesterday to stripe the parking lot at our business and fix a hole in some sheetrock. The "patch" put on the wall literally fell off of it after they left, and the parking lot has the most uneven stripes I've ever seen. Thank you for creating even more work for us. We placed a "stop payment" on their check until they come fix the disaster, and upon telling "Brandon" this (the contractor assigned to our job), he told us to hire some one else because we should've never "stopped his payment". It takes 1 minute to re-write a check
