I purchased my first (dream) car from auto express. Overall the experience was okay, communication was lacking a lot and it was about a month long process of getting the car which I understand that the bank that held the title was being very slow. My frustration is in the lack of care they promised. My car was delivered to my home FILTHY. The interior was coated in a layer of dust and dirt scuffs all over the floors. If I hit the seat dust puffed up. There was also a burn mark on the leather that was supposed to be replaced and never was. Auto express told me they had cleaned the interior 3 times

Great Place to purchase car. I found the car I wanted on their website. They reached out to me immediately. We discussed the price range, down payment and the amount of car payment I was comfortable with all via text, to allow minimum face to face. I went in, took care of the paperwork, and drove home in a fabulous car. Vinny was great, explained everything in great detail, with no pressure. Great buying experience!

Bought 3/4 ton truck and very easy experience w responsive staff at all levels. Definitely a well run business. Had some minor mechanical issues after delivery and their service department was actually happy to help. Got in w/in days and problems solved for no extra charge. All dealerships should be run like Auto Express.

Picked a car online, made a deposit, worked out a Saturday test drive/pick up with the dealer. Only caveat- I was coming from 4 hours away. Dealer knew that. Arrived to find that the car I chose didn't have pictures on the trunks interior ceiling that had gouges scratched across it. Multiple gouges. And stains. In the ceiling. Brought it up to Vinny who casually brushed it off, said he had no idea, and offered us a $300 discount. Asked if we could get a thousand dollar discount on another, more expensive car, to which he laughed and said no. We left. Along with another couple who were griping

I looked for a new f150 for a long time, (like my wife makes fun of me -kind-of-long). I wanted to purchase locally so I searched every local dealer, talked to salesman after salesman and could not find a vehicle I felt comfortable with purchasing. One thing kept interrupting the deal I would find, I was comparing local prices with AutoExpress.
I tried to give my local guys every chance, but salesman would look at a vehicle I would show them on my phone and see the price and say, we can't come close.

The BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Having just moved here from California, and having to experience the car salesman type environment, which is never fun, this hands down IS THE BEST place to buy a car. The guys here are pros, and make you feel like they are happy to have you rather than try to shove you in a car.

If you're tired of getting ripped off at dealerships and their slimy sales tactics, shop here for something different. Prices are clearly marked on the windshield, and the price makes sense based on the vehicle, model year, miles, etc... The fun part - all vehicles on lot are unlocked and customers are free to explore without a hovering sales person.
We shopped on an extremely busy Saturday. To speed up the process, go in with your credit unlocked and at least one pre-approved loan. Most of our wait time was due to us having to unlock our credit (on our phones, what a pain - lesson learned

A different experience in car buying. Cars are open and sales people stay in the office. Prices are lower than most. Makes you wonder why. Don't haggle much on price and offer as low as possible on your trade. Might be worth looking at a more expensive vehicle elsewhere and get more for your trade due to tax benefits.

The good: The keys are in the cars and they are unlocked. So it's easy to check them out. Prices are decent.
The bad: good luck getting a sales person to help you out. We were ignored even after going inside. The sales people must not be on commission because they aren't in any hurry to help you.
The ugly: Manager guy is rude, needs a vacation.
We came in ready to buy. We gave up and went elsewhere.
