Pavement work is done in one of two ways: with a pavement overlay (also known as resurfacing) when the subgrade is in good shape or through complete pavement and subgrade reconstruction.
Asphalt paving of parking lots is a definite specialty for our experienced team. For close to 3 decades we've served local property owners, property managers and facilities staff. Sealcoating is a simple preventative maintenance process that protects and greatly extends the life of pavement. The key to good quality pavement is in maintenance. Just like oil in a car has to be changed and a yard must be mowed, pavement has to be maintained to keep it at its best. Eosso Brothers Paving uses a refined coal tar emulsion sealer with additives for the sealcoating process.
Eosso Brothers Paving installs and repairs concrete sidewalks, curbs and aprons for both commercial and residential settings. To keep your property looking its best, well-maintained sidewalks are a must. These guys are currently paving my development in Howell. I used to work for L&L Paving and I gotta say, what a better group of guys. They are absolutely killing the job and they are some of the most polite and nice blue collar workers I've ever come across. Thank you for the great work. And big shout out to Pete who is transporting residents to and from their cars that had to be parked hundreds of yards away
