It took me 5 different local “companies” to finally come across the RIGHT ONE. If I had went with my gut instinct I could have saved myself thousands of dollars, months of delays, not to mention the stress on my families lives. If there is such a thing as a brick emergency, we had one. We were replacing the sign on the front of our building when we discovered the old sign was hiding some issues with the building the new sign wasn’t going to cover. We called Ryan and he came right out, sent a quote the same day and started work the next week. They did a great job and were quick and professional.

I needed some tuckpointing done on my house and Millikan Masonry did an excellent job. Ryan and his team showed up on time and ready to work. The job was done with no disruption to my daily activities. It’s a messy job, but they didn’t leave a mess behind. Ryan was the first mason to return my call and show up with a 100% accurate estimate. This is a big deal. I’m still “waiting” on a call back from one resource and the other showed up two days before Ryan completed the job, which only took one day. Kudos to Millikan Masonry on a job well done.

We had water coming in our house after a driving rain from where our brick fireplace chimney meets the ceiling. When I got up on the roof, I found that there were large sections of mortar that were either cracked or missing on our chimney. I called Ryan and he was able to quickly come out and give me an estimate, which included pictures of the damage that he would be repairing. My husband recently passed away and I cleaned our basement to sort things. In one room of the basement I found two very bulging walls and a third that was slightly bulged. I didn’t know who to call so I looked on line. I left a message and within 15 minutes he returned my call. He came out and told me what was needing to be done and within a week had begun the job of strapping one wall and replacing the other two walls. His crew was so nice and respectful.
