Hot Stuff Spa Service

Courteous service person but I already asked him once to return to correctly align the warranty replacement cover and cover is still not flush to tub :( so debris got in and opening and closing requires more muscle.

Had a problem with my Beachcomber hot tubs' inside light that was causing a leak. Called Hot Stuff and the secretary was able to set up a service the very next day. Paul, the technician, was right on time and tackled the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely neat and courteous. I would not hesitate to call Hot Stuff Spas for all of my spa needs. I would highly recommend this company and the secretary was also professional and returned calls promptly. Great job by all!!!

Found him extremely unreliable. Serviced our jacuzzi but took too many phone calls to finally get him here and get it fixed, it broke down a few months later. Should of realized then. We later finally decided we were interested in buying a used jacuzzi - a more updated one than our old one. Myself and family went to see a few spas he had available for sale (second hand use), we expressed interest for one of them, emailed and called him all summer about arranging for it, cost, had nothing but excuses that he was on vacation would get back, finally told us he sold it a month before we saw it

We had an issue that was difficult to diagnose and repair. Hot Stuff stood by us the whole way through. Reliable and accountable-you can't get better than that.

Tommy just left our apartment - can't recommend him highly enough. Firstly he looked at pictures of our problem in order to determine how he would solve it in advance. He kept in communication with us and was on time. He carefully problem solved a leak we had and gave us a lot of information about how to maintain and clean the whirlpool indoor bath. He also had a look at our neighbor's issue and gave them some advice without charging anything additional. Fantastic service and great guy - highly recommend.

These guys came in and fixed my hot tub like as if it were their own. Great job at a good price.

I have been using tommy at hot stuff spas for close to 10 years to close my tub. I had a major issue with my tub this year and called the dealer and the spa company as well as the pack company to correct my issue. Finally they just washed their hands and gave up. Thanks DINO.
