Flame Connection is a reliable and dependable resource for gas fireplace installation. Tony is very knowledgeable and helped us with a completely new fireplace project and even introduced us to fabulous contractor that installed a new gas line that was a snap. After the install, Garret made sure everything was working perfectly and realigned the fireplace and pipe to perfection. He even touched up the paint so it looked perfect and he was great to work with. Flame Connection made a big project simple and they were easy to do busy with.

We want to convert our wood burning fireplace to natural gas. I called the store and was advised to stop in to see log samples and get the ball rolling. My husband and I did just that and found there to be only one employee visible in the store. She never acknowledged our entrance nor our existence at anytime. We looked around and waited for about 15 minutes and left with absolutely no assistance and all of our money! Very disappointed with the total lack of customer service! One star for displays and the free brochure!

I have used Flame Connection for many of my projects over the years. I just went in today and Tony helped me with a barbecue for my personal home. He was absolutely amazing and personally helped me even going as far as taking me to their warehouse to get my barbecue so I could take it and have it installed today. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They always stand behind their products 100%. They are solid company that’s been in Tucson for many many years. We'd been dreaming of adding a remote to the gas fireplace in our Master bedroom for years, but we weren't even sure it was possible. Tony at Flame Connection was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were thrilled to find out it was not only possible, it was fairly simple! Tony walked us through the entire process and less than two weeks later, our new system (w/remote ) is installed and working perfectly! A Great experience.

London and John did our fireplace gas log set installation today after we had a gas line installed and the fireplace remodeled with stack stone. They did an exceptionally clean and professional job. They showed us how to use the unit that we bought and stepped us through lighting it to make sure that we understood. They went above and beyond by touching up the fireplace surround, so that it looked brand new. We highly recommend London and John as installers and Flame Connection for answering all of our many questions.

Santa won't be coming down my chimney this Christmas because there will be a warm and cozy fire burning.
I can't say enough good things about Mike James and Rob for helping my brother and kids to surprise me with my fireplace dream come true! London showed up and could have easily been mistaken for Santa as he brought in the boxes that would, like magic, turn my fireplace picture perfect. We watched London, in awe of his meticulous attention to detail, as he created his masterpiece with great pride in his work. I would like to thank Flame Connection for their outstanding service. I have been looking for a Gas Log set for a Christmas present. I contact Mike James for his assistance and expertise. Mike had me contact Rob the Store Manager for further assistance. When I talk to Rob,I told him what I was looking for and he gave me suggestions and recommendations. Ordered my grill and was told the estimated delivery date. When the grill was a little late Rob Wilson bird dogged that order till it was finally delivered.
Having had it just installed by a great install team of John and London I am very pleased. The install team was professional and efficient. Rob was my sales person and he definitely stepped up to communicate with me and ensure that they met my expectations. Rob and Wayne at Flame Connection are ROCKSTARS!!!! Found myself in a tough spot when another reputable bbq grill place in Tucson had issues with delivery from the manufacturer. Although not their fault, I was on a hard deadline with the contractors working on my backyard remodel. I needed a grill, outdoor rated fridge and door/drawer combo same day. Rob and his team delivered!!!! They had the grill and door in stock and sold me a pretty much brand new fridge out of their display (still had plastic on it). I was all paid up and they loaded my truck in less than an hour out the door!!! They are

I stopped by the store to ask a question regarding repairing our natural gas grill. Wayne, the gentle man manning the store at the time, was extremely helpful. He offered his phone number and offered for me to text him with photos of the project so that he could advise me along the way.
I did so the next day - texted him several photos and he responded promptly with advice.
It is really refreshing to see that there are folks out there who go above and beyond to help another person

Very disappointed in Customer Service. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because they have a nice show room and good selection. I honestly didn't think they even wanted our business. We walked in and was greeted right away, but the salesman acted as if we were bothering him with questions. We actually had to ask "so what are the next steps"...waiting for him to schedule an appointment to come out and measure our fireplace insert was like pulling teeth. Then he said "he was going to have to charge us for a service call"....and I asked if we could apply

Yelp wanted a more helpful review so here you go. Flame Connection helped design our dream outdoor kitchen. It was one that we sketched out with Wayne and put a lot of thought into the design. After waiting for 3 delays - 3 weeks - they called the night before delivery to inform us that the builders they outsource to never started our project. While Wayne was incredibly helpful, the delays and lack of communication resulted in us not receiving the product we designed and initially ordered. I like them a lot but we are not overly thrilled with the attention to our order and the follow-up.

I am going to say I had a wonderful relationship with Flame Connection from Wayne the salesman and friend, to Stephen the one that put everything in place and then went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was happy. I was amazed that he knew so much and was so pleasant and concerned that I was happy. Bottom line he did an excellent job. Pretty nice store with a good selection of fireplaces and stoves, among other items for sale. They helped me find what I was looking for and installed it as they said they would.
Customer service was sort of hit or miss. Some of the staff had excellent customer service while others not so much-- and they actually seemed a bit rude.
Overall a decent place and if I need anything else in the future I'll be back.

Great people, great products, great service! Flame Connection installed a Lopi freestanding gas stove 3 years ago. They were professional and wonderful to work with. This last January an unforeseen issue arose from the installation. To their credit and good name the issue was quickly resolved, a rarity in today's business world. Rob Wilson, the manager, was very pleasant to deal with, and our satisfaction was his priority. I highly recommend Flame connection.
