Contacted HH back in August of 2019 to replace a front door. He came by to look at the job in mid September of 2019. He put together a quote in late November of 2019 which I immediately accepted, but by late January of 2020 the work had not yet commenced or even scheduled. I ultimately had to do the job myself and informed HH that his services were no longer needed. All I can assume is that he must be very busy that he couldn't fit in a 1 day job in over 5 months. HH should not have accepted the job if he wasn't interested in doing it.
