Prior body damage from minor wreck that was repaired and unreported by dealer, only provided one key and now we cannot exceed 75 mph without a constant dinging and cannot exceed 80 mph no matter what due to the Ford MyKey feature, two brakes had to be replaced immediately, two tires had to be replaced immediately due to a broken band, glove box hinge is broken, driver side door handle is broken and unfixable (someone drove a screw through an interior part), windshield cowl clip is broken causing a constant rattling at highway speeds. To be transparent, dealer did provide $200 towards the tires

Be wary of the vehicle you purchase from here. I encountered issues with the vehicle and addressed it with the dealership. They said work was done to address the issue and if I kept the oil changed it wouldn't be an issue. I trusted them until I had other mechanics tell me the information given was incorrect. It has remained an issue and when I tried to get additional information about the work that was done and the parts used, I was met with opposition and given the run around. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership again in the future and regret my purchase.

I took my son up to get his first car today. I must say I have never had such a great experience and this is the 4th car my family has purchased since 2013. They treated my son like an adult they went over everything in detail, didn’t give us a hard time about anything the interest rate was even better than on my own car!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and look forward to future purchases with them myself. Thank you guys so much!!

I bought my 2016 Honda Pilot from Southern Pride. Their price was unbeatable. We are from out of town so we worked with Haven over the phone. He made the car buying process so easy. He was nice, upfront, and had everything ready to go when we got there. We were in and out in an hour. What a great dealership! I’m sure I will have my new car for many years but will definitely be returning in the future!
