Quite possibly the most knowledgable garage door guy i have spoke to.
having been in the construction trades for 40 years and different types of garage doors from commercial to residential, fire doors etc, i have had my run ins with garage personnel. the explanation of how the springs and this and that, made me really understand the things i have witnessed. professional from the start, phone call to the showroom visit. moms garage door spring broke trapping the car, was willing to have a service man drop everything to go help. un imaginable in todays situation. where everybody blames covid as

I was referred to Brian and during our call he was very polite and professional. I’m pretty knowledgeable about the maintenance of a garage door but I had a very specific noise happening when I closed the door. Brian listened while I explained what was going on and what I had done. He helped me diagnose the problem which ended up being a simple fix. Thank you Brian!!!

Where to start.... The intial phone call was very professional and polite. Even though they were booked solid they still found a way to fit me in which was beyond helpful! Their service technicians called me promptly and was waiting for me at my home, I know how time is money but they didn't make me feel like a burden or rushed. They got right to work and still made me feel comfortable and confident in having them in my house and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Not only did they fix the problem they also did a few test runs to make it ran even better than before it broke

They dont return calls. Apparently they domt need our business. When will these business wake up and start serving the customer again instead if themselves. Disgusting customer service. Dont spend your money here. I can have things shipped cheaper than they sell them. Always the excuse of shipping. Yeah we know but doesent give you the right to charge absorbent prices for sub standard or poor servic . Good luck.

Great products and service. Purchased custom windows from them as well as a new garage door. Had a problem with the garage door motor and they promptly obtained an entire new unit from Liftmaster for us. Lift master is great on warranty and customer service. Made a service call and arranged a date for servicing and repair on my garage door. Getting an appointment was no problem, Tech called on the day of the service and told me when he would be here and came right on time. Very efficient service on my two doors and he really took the time to check everything out and made the necessary adjustments and serviced the doors. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to remedy my problems. He even noticed things that was wrong that I did not notice.
Cost was very reasonable and I notice after that my doors open and close more smoothly now,

Awesome! I was mistaken on my appointment time and wasn't home. Jim was a great sport about going into the back yard with the dog to access the garage. I got another call within 45 min stating the garage was fixed and the invoice was on the workbench. Done! So easy, professional and accommodating. I wouldn't use anyone else.
