Phillip was fantastic for getting us scheduled on short notice and Triano the tech was fabulous! He was professional, diligent, detail-oriented, clean and organized. Our couches and chairs haven't even dried and they already look great. Perhaps the best part of the experience was that Triano loves his job and he did it with utmost care and pride. That's hard to come by these days... I will have them back for other jobs for sure.

We were moving into a new home, and were wondering if we'd need to replace the carpets. They were looking quite worn, dirty, and had stains in quite a few places throughout. We contacted him just to clean a carpet area in our attic bedroom and stairs, and not only did they do a phenomenal job with that small project, they were kind enough to share that our wood floors could use some TLC. Super punctual, showed up earlier than our scheduled appointment, also want to note that Phillip took great care to clean the hard to reach corners of the staircase and of course, wore masks (properly), and gloves when they began the work. Phillip was very courteous and friendly.

They came out and helped me clean a 9x12 area rug and white couches with matching loveseat. Price was right and the job was great! After the couches dried, I wasn't satisfied with the job and they came back out the next business day to clean them again, for no additional charge.

Trino and Junior arrived on time, very nice guys. They are very conscientious, wore medical like booties on their shoes and followed all COVID-19 protocol.
They have a neat notification system that gives up to the minute status on their job. This would be great for busy apartment managers or those not on site.

Clean, clean, clean, and clean!!!! Philip's team is the best and they are the best price by far! Gave quite over the phone which was hugely convenient. They came on time, were polite, and helpful to move things around. Our 10+ year old carpets look amazing. If you have kids, pet's, messy house guests, don't bother calling around, just use this company and you'll be happy. Next time I'll have them do the couches too!
