Crew 6 (Jessica, Billy, and Ricky): Outstanding! Very professional. Arrived an hour earlier than expected. Excellent job removing our ginormous tulip poplar tree. Crew 6 works together extremely well. Did not hear any angry words, seemed to anticipate each other's moves; functioned very well as a team. Fascinating to watch as well. Cleaned up the area so well afterwards including the street; if it wasn't for the tree stump, you'd never know we'd had a tree removed.
Joseph came a couple of days later and ground the stump. Also arrived early. Outstanding individual as well. Pleasant to talk with

We hired this company they came out today removed a decent size tree and trimmed up to others that were next to it and then they're follow-up truck came through shortly afterwards and cleaned up all the debris left no divots or holes in the yard did a great job I recommend the boss to give all the guys a raise thanks for a great job 😃

Got a quote from them to remove 2 trees. Just 2 trees. They tried to charge me 100 dollars per inch around on each tree and ended up trying to quote me 6 thousand and 500 dollars. Yep you heard that right. They wanted to charge me 6.5 thousand dollars for just two trees. Literally highway robbery.
I called R&K and they did the same exact job for 2200......
Tri-state is price gouging and taking advantage of people.

We had one tree removed and 3 trees trimmed on a Monday and I was told they would be picking up the debris within 2 days. I called on Wednesday to check on the status of the debris truck (the debris is partly in our street and a pile is in my neighbors yard) and got a voicemail during normal business hours so I left a message. I called again on Friday (after receiving some complaints from neighbors) and was told they would be picking it up by 7pm. It is now Saturday and there is a tropical system heading our way in a couple of days. The tree removal, stump grinding and trimming went great but the

TEAM 6. The entire team was professional, courteous and efficient. We have a huge magnolia tree that needed pruning. They were knowledgeable and explained everything, before they made the first cut. We felt confident when they started. They also trimmed our palm tree. They cleaned up after and the yard looked great. We are very pleased with the job and are calling them back for the palm trees in our back yard.

for removing 2 large pines trees. Tri-state had the best price and did an excellent job. They took the tree down piece by piece and lower each section with ropes to avoid damaging the lawn. They used a dolly to bring each section to the street instead of driving a tractor into the backyard and destroying the lawn. Very friendly and professional staff worked together to safely to get the job done. Thanks Tri-State!

We are repeat customers. Scheduling of the service was quite frustrating with several reschedules, but the actual work by Gary’s team was superior. Would highly recommend his team. They were professional, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. Cleanup was done in a timely manner as well as the stump grinding. The job was left with no trash or debris and they took special care to not damage any of our area including the flowers!

UPDATE 05/2021: I did as the owner said in his response and was blown off, I left messages at his office and no one returned my calls. Either your response was empty platitudes or your staff is willfully defying your promise to fix your company's damages to my property.

Our condo association needed some trees removed and they called upon Tri-State tree services in Fort Walton Beach, FL for the job.
I wanted to give more stars but no call for late arrival that was all I ask, just call next time.
