If at any time an installation is delayed due to product availability, Rooftec will credit the builder $1000.00 per day until the installation has begun. Note: Lifetime Warranty is only available if homeowner agrees to roof their home using Owens Corning Products. Ruby was very unprofessional and rude to me. She does not have the training that is needed to assist customers or to answer simple questions without snarky comments. Would continue to cut me off in the middle of me asking questions.

Two bad leaks one from the Valley and the second leak is from the starcap Installation is not sealed. Poor installation, inside my house the ceiling is damaged from roof poor installatio. I requested to fix the damaged ceiling and paint? The Roof Tec company had told me that they're not responsible for it. So sad, the sales person name Charles Brogdon he did not even contacted me anymore.
