Over the last 10 years we have used Kreative Home Improvements to create an arch in a wall between our dining room and living room, do a permitted room addition (turned a courtyard into a dining room), new flooring, redid our fireplace, and even dropped what he was doing one day to put in a new water heater! We settled on Johnny years ago after multiple quotes and we are glad we did! He always left the worksite clean at the end of everyday and my wife was 100% comfortable with Johnny or his crew here! We had some damage to the concrete slab in our home office. When we later had a slab leak, the previous repairs failed (mind you, they were at least 20 years old.) We needed to have the concrete repaired, as the tile was coming up, with the failed repair material.
Johnny at Kreative responded quickly, did a lovely job of explaining, and the entire post job to finish process took about five days over the 4th of July weekend. (Can't beat that!) We thought it would take at least two days for the job to be done---nope! Once Ken, the workman, arrived & checked it out, and then got started

We had a complete kitchen remodel, turned our patio into an enclosed dining room, redid all our floors and two bathroom remodels all done by Kreative Kitchen, with extra attention by Johnny Castro. All the work was done on time, u dear budget and by far greater finished product than we hoped. Not many contractors come in under budget and lower their bill, but Johnny comes from the old school where your word is your bond, a hand shake is a contract, and only charge what is fair. Any new work we need we will call Johnny, but after 10 years everything is still perfect and we see no reason to change

Never owning a home of our own, we purchased our house 17 years ago and regretted it immediately. It had been used as a rental for 20 years and it was just unlivable and we were overwhelmed at the undertaking we knew we were facing; we needed so much help. They are not licensed to do remodels! The advertising is misleading and the bad quality of work proves it. I want to give 0 starts but yelp doesn't seem to allow that. The experience and loss from using them was that bad. We fired Kreative Home Improvement about 2 months after the project started. Johnny seemed genuine and before the job started he said he was committed to finish our full remodel, but he over promises and under delivers. He had guys working on our project but he was never there to manage them. He would then blame them for the errors made but they clearly represent his business

I would highly recommend Kreative home improvements for any remodeling job. Johnny remodeled both of our bathrooms and gave them a beautiful modern look. He was courteous, clean, his crew was very friendly, and they always showed up on time. He takes the inconvenience out of doing home remodels. I would definitely use him for any work in the future.

Was hired to remove popcorn ceiling from our new house. We were on a tight timeline, but he came out, looked at the job and gave us a quote. During the job walk, my wife reminded him that the walls had all recently been custom painted, and they needed to be protected. One day into the job, he called me and said they were having difficulty removing the popcorn ceiling and wanted to raise the price of the job. We regrettably hired another contractor for a kitchen remodel and they did significant damage to our kitchen. We needed to find a contractor to fix everything that the other contractor had done. Many contractors don't want to come in after another contractor because there is a level of liability that they are assuming for someone else's work. A friend recommended that I call Johnny and I am so glad that we did. His price point was more than fair for the work that he quoted and he was very upfront and honest. Johnny fixed my kitchen at the price he quoted and finished the job quickly

Johnny Castro and his staff at Kreative Home Improvements are outstanding. I bought a new home with a myriad of large and minor improvements I wanted to make and he could do it all. From knocking down walls, building a new fence, anything electrical including installing new lights and fixing broken outlets to laying a new wood and tile floor, he's outstanding. Johnny and his staff are friendly, on time, and hard working. They also came in at the expected budget, which beat all other contractor's estimates. I highly recommend them!
