Moved into a great little Cape Cod and needed window treatments. Doug was recommended by my realtor and I couldn't happier! He has a great design eye and recommended beautiful shutters that add a classic look to my home. Doug made the entire process easy-start to finish. I would highly recommend It's Your Window.

If Your Window is waiting 48 hours for someone to return a call or set a time for a pre-discussed visit, by all means, give It's Your Window a call! Otherwise, go elsewhere.
I strive to support local businesses, especially when I have large home projects to complete (e.g. ordering a few thousand dollars worth of window coverings).
I called It's Your Window, spoke to Doug (seemed friendly) and we discussed two potential days for a home visit. He didn't want to schedule right then (which I would have preferred). Instead we agreed he'd call back that Thursday.

I moved into a new home, which had no window coverings whatsoever. I had passed by the It's Your Window storefront many times. I called the store, Doug answered and was immediately accommodating. He met me at my home that evening, and we had a pleasant conversation about what would work well for our lifestyle and needs. The entire process was so quick and easy and Doug was awesome every step of the way, and most importantly, I felt comfortable having him install without my presence in my home. The pricing was extremely fair, and I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone. Thank

Doug did such an amazing job, I am so happy! To start, I was not exactly sure what I wanted. The first time Doug came to look at the windows he took the time to go over the options that would work best, the different materials, types of blinds, everything. I loved the ideas he had for the space. The blinds were installed so perfectly, I am so glad we went with It's Your Widow. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I stumbled across this business through a web search for window blinds and could not be happier. Way better experience than big box stores, but the price was comparable. Doug is just such a pleasant, helpful person. He helped me find my right price point, was very courteous and timely, and was genuinely interested in my family's needs. Never pushy, always puts the customer first. Very good range of products. I really can't recommend him highly enough.

Happened to come across this business via a little booklet put out by the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce. We had been wanting and needing window coverings for our loft for some time, but were stymied when it came to knowing where to go. Then I found the booklet, and was pleasantly surprised to find out this business was just a few blocks from our home, so we went to check it out.
The shop is owned and operated by Doug Scheibner, and not only is he a window covering guy, he's an interior designer. But the great thing about Doug is that he really listens to what you want, and then he comes
