Serviceman was on time. Analized the problem with our dishwasher, fixed it, cleaned up after himself and the bill was very reasonable. Very pleased.

If I could give - 0 zero stars I would. Don't go to this place for help with your appliances.... something was off with our washer and someone came to take a look a it after waiting for 9 days it was literally a look... the "technician" wasn't there for more than 3 minutes. He said it was just out of balance. Later on we get a call from this mediocre company saying it was our fault and they had charged us $105 dollars for the "diagnose "...seriously? I requested to talk to the store manager because that charge was outrageous and unfair specially since we called them thru our insurance we bought

I'm writing this as a former (short term) employee. The days of dedicated service and "The customer is always right" attitude are a dying breed in our society today with all of the corporations taking over the "Ma and Pa" shops. I not only saw the customers being treated fairly, but the employees as well. Larry and Kathy have dedicated their lives to this business and it truly shows in all dimensions. Zilges Appliance Center is truly a gem in the midst of a bunch of evolving piles of dirt. I was honored to be a part of this operation, even for a short period of time. I didn't care much for the fake accent of sales lady. She was quite rude. However I do recommend a new hire Katie that was more than helpful in helping with my decision on a new refrigerator. However, I did find one much cheaper than what they had in stock.

We recently got a refrigerator from Zilge’s! We absolutely love it! The delivery man was so helpful In getting it in and hooked up and showed us how to use the special features! He was very knowledgeable! We have been customers at Zilge’s for many years! We always get exceptional service in the store and in our home every time! The products have always been top of the line! If u want great products and knowledgeable staff shop at Zilge’s!

Convinced my wife that we should shop local instead of big name store for better customer service, quality product, and in house maintenance..WRONG!! Our new machine has now broke down twice in less then a year and Zilges solution after telling us we would have to wait two weeks for their maintenance man to fix it was to call GE and see if they could send someone! Horrible customer service and product accountability. I will never shop there again!
