Kyle is bare none the best of Universal Roofing. From the moment he came to do an inspection on the house until the very end of our new roof installation, he was professional. Kyle Rushing was the best out the best! We had our roof replaced and some interior paint this past August and by far his expertise, keeping the customer informed and customer service is the best I have ever seen! We recently worked with Darien Jay Coots on getting our roof replaced through our homeowners insurance, and all I can say is that it was a fantastic experience. DJ made the process easy, efficient and quick. He answered all our questions and concerns, and was quick to respond to us. The work itself only took half a day due to the large and professional crew provided by Universal Roofing. The work was done to very high standard and they cleaned up all the mess after. If you need a new roof I strongly recommend working with DJ.

We woke up this morning with a leak in our roof. We called Danny at Universal Roofing and he said he would have one of the guys out there asap. Danny delivered on his word. Within a couple of hours Austin was there to save the day. Austin did an awesome job repairing the leak. I highly recommend Universal Roofing & Construction. Everything went smoothly. Great customer service.

Very satisfied with the work done on our roof. From start to finish they were very responsive and explained everything they would be doing. They arrived on time and all the workers were very courteous. After the job was done they took extra time to clean up and make sure no nails or debris were left behind. I would definitely recommend universal roofing!

Ash provided countless details to our insurance company (and even provided more when we were declined 1st time around!) and was able to get approval for a new roof. Our out of pocket was only our deductible and they did an outstanding job. He follows up to the last detail! Highly recommend!!!!
