I can't begin to explain about how disreputable these clowns are. In 2014 we contracted with Great Lakes to customize a wind breaker for our restaurant, and we paid them yearly for removal, storage, and re-installation of the wind breaker. In April 2020 we paid them for the same, as well as additional monies to repair the lock and to clean the unit. They never showed up in the winter to install, but since we were closed due to COVID it was a non-issue for us. We reached out to them a few weeks ago and we were told they didn't have the unit and blamed us for not contacting us last winter. They came
