Before I undertake any home improvement project, I conduct a “beauty contest” by soliciting estimates from a number of companies. So, I did my usual “thing” when I decided to replace all of the carpet in my home – 5 rooms, 3 closets (including a large Master closet) and a staircase – with hardwood flooring.

Very bizarre interaction. We contacted this company for a relatively small, straightforward job involving a continuation of engineered flooring from our kitchen/dining area into our living area. A young lady came out to assess the job and all was fine. Her and my wife had a discussion, my wife gave her the SKU for the flooring, Googled a few locations having inventory, and she was off to put together a quote.

If you don't use Kimi's you're doing yourself a disservice. These were some of the nicest, most humble people I've ever met, and one of the best experiences I've ever had with someone working on my home.
I have zero complaints. The price was unbeatable by anyone in the area, and the quality of work is outstanding. They are extremely committed to customer service - while working on my home, they suffered a catastrophic loss to one of their vehicles (electrical fire) and they lost NO TIME in completing my floors on time. If this isn't a reason to choose Kimi's, I don't know what is.

Walked in to inquire about buying hardwoods and when the person working there came to acknowledge us, she did so without a mask on. We immediately left. They just lost at least a $3000.00 sale.
The response below is BS! We past a young woman coming in with coffees in hand as we were leaving. She had a mask on. The associate who was not wearing a mask was in the showroom assisting a customer. There wasn’t even a mask pulled down but still on her face. There wasn’t even a mask in her hand. She was not coming out of a bathroom.

If you want GREAT QUALITY CARPET OR FLOORS and you want it DONE RIGHT then you need to get your Flooring from these Folks. 1) Rather than provide good service, Kimi's lawyer threatened to sue if I don't remove my review.
2) When her lawsuit threat didn’t work, she went to a Judge (without me/my lawyer present), claimed my reviews were tantamount to “stalking,” to try and get a temporary order. Fortunately we were ultimately able to get this dismissed due as there's obviously no evidence.
3) After just a few weeks of normal use the stairs started falling apart and became unsafe.
4) We've paid $11k+ to have the unsafe & amateurish-looking stairs redone from scratch, and to complete the work

We were impressed with the large selections they carry and Juliette helped us in choosing exactly what we were looking for and staying within our budget! Kimi and Mike along with other staff members kept us informed… before, during and after the process of the installation. TLDR; This company overpromises and underdelivers, accepting payment for work they’re not able to complete. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and has a temper with both his employees and customers. The project was delayed at the last minute by two weeks. They refuse to admit their mistakes, and even tried to trick us into paying for the work they… 're unable to complete. Read their bad reviews to find out how they deal with things when something goes wrong. Don’t make the same mistake as us by hiring this company.
