Wayside Compartments is located for your convenience at 1 Wesley Street in Malden, Massachusetts at the Junction of Routes 1 & 60 behind the Revere Showcase Cinemas and next to Harley-Davidson of Boston. Wayside Compartments has the area's lowest monthly rates. A two month minimum prepayment with no additional administration or move-in fees is due when signing a lease.
Rent payments are then due monthly, in advance on the first of the month. Plus, your initial rate is guaranteed for 6 months. We are equipped with closed circuit security cameras and our perimeter alarms and motion detectors are central station monitored. You have unlimited access during our scheduled working hours which are 9-6 weekdays, 8-5 Saturday and 10-4 Sunday.

Services
Wayside Compartments Inc, has a wide range of storage options to fit most of your needs. We are an indoor heated facility ideal for household storage and business inventory storage. However, we do not have the accessibility for vehicle storage. Our units are eight feet high. New tenants receive their first month free on any size compartment at Wayside Compartments. Leases are available for a minimum 2-month term, consisting of the balance of the current calendar month (the 1st month if more than 7 days remain) plus the next full month. If less than 7 days remain in the current calendar month, those days plus the next two calendar months will be the minimum term.
Month 1: Per Lease Agreement, rent payments are due in advance on the 1st of the month. If rent for the current calendar month is not received by the 5th of the month your account will enter into default. A FIRST DEFAULT NOTICE will be sent on the 6th of the current month and a $5.00 process charge will be added with the rent to your Total Balance Due.
Insurance for the contents of your storage compartment(s) is optional, though Wayside Compartments highly recommends that you consider one of the insurance options below before deciding to self insure. HOMEOWNERS POLICY: Insurance coverage may be available through a rider on your current homewoner's or apartment rental policy.
