One star is too much. Worst experience I have ever had with a company!! It's been nearly 3 months and we still are not up and running. Not only that my daughter recorded a call the owner just had with my wife and all he did was bully her and make excuses for their lack of performance. We will find someone else who appreciates and values our business to finish what they could not.

Thank you for the excellent service, John the tech, (from Texas) was the greatest guy explained what and why he did what he did. he had us up and running in no time. I previously had another co. and they did a check earlier this year. John went deeper into the furnace and central air than they did, fixed the problem.
