We contacted the company via text and told the driver to pick the dumpster up and they didnt while we were away on vacation then charged our cc for late fees. I have contacted them multiple times for a refund and I get no response. This company is awful, stay far away. Now I am going to call my cc company to dispute charges.

I recommend finding another place to rent a dumpster from. The dumpster I ordered was delivered on a Friday, and the two weeks went by. The Friday came when the dumpster was supposed to be picked up, and no one showed up. I called the office about 3:30 PM EST, and spoke with a woman who was very curt, and exasperated at having to talk to me. She said "Yeah, someone will be there.", and basically hung up. Finally, late on Saturday someone came to pick it up.
Three days later, I was sent an "Invoice" from this company, in which it charged me for "additional days",

I have rented two dumpsters from this company. Crystal (in the office) is extremely professional and answers all of my questions. Their rates are very fair. Their drivers are friendly and perform their jobs in a quick and quiet manner. I highly recommend this company and will 'shop' here again for my next renovation.
