Services
Molinaro Property Services is a growing business with plenty to offer. I have been in the landscape and property service profession for 10 years and counting. This may not seem like a long time to some, so to offer more peace of mind we have an additional 40+ years of construction and electrical experience from my dad, Joe Molinaro, Jr.
Hardscape contractor serving Cincinnati, Ohio, and the surrounding area with a strong focus on outdoor living spaces. Our goal is to provide top-quality hardscape design with outstanding customer service. Hardscape or Hardscaping typically refers to landscaping while incorporating different materials like pavers, stone, concrete, and similar products to create structures in a landscape that work together functionally and aesthetically.
Hardscape and Landscape Design in Cincinnati have been growing exponentially in demand. To help others understand what some of the costs are and prices to expect, we have added some pre-made designs to give you a rough breakdown of costs. The cost of pavers varies from around $3.50 per square foot to $15 per square foot or more.
Block retaining walls and poured concrete retaining walls are the most common, especially for structural purposes. A properly designed wall can greatly increase the size of usable space for ones property. Sloped backyards could be leveled for more entertaining space or to build a new structure (like pools, patios, additions, etc.).
Retaining walls in Cincinnati (and just about everywhere) can fail for several reasons like poor backfill, base material, drainage issues, or new structures adding more weight to the retained area. Even trees in the surrounding area can affect your retaining wall with roots that are constantly growing.

I couldn't be more pleased with my selection Molinaro Property Services to work on multiple projects this year. So far they have done an outstanding job on mulching, removal of small trees, bushes, older PVC fence and installed a 6’ privacy fence. Last project is about to start removing an older deck and replacing with TREX decking. From the beginning Joey and Nikki have been very responsive to all requests and kept me informed all the way through each project. For a small company their pricing is fair and they have shown me they can handle any project.

My wife and I explored multiple solutions for overlaying our existing sidewalk and porch, with pavers or concrete. Molinaro bid on both concrete overlay and pavers. Moreover, Molinaro was the only contractor that always provided timely responses to our changing requests for bids (changes from pavers to concrete overlay, etc.). We ultimately, with the help of Molinaro, decided on Travertine for the overlay and are extremely happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Molinaro Property Services!

Joey came out and did an assessment, gave me a price, and we set up a date. He arrived with three helpers and a tractor, They did the job quickly and professionally and the end charge was exactly what we agreed upon, with no "sudden unforeseen work needing extra money" incidents (which contractors often seem to discover). We are VERY satisfied with the work done.
