I scheduled a gutter cleaning and roof blow-off after the leaves fell in the autumn. Joe did a great job in taking care of both items, even though it started raining while he was working and there were pine needles all over both. He asked me to check a valley of the roof to see if I was satisfied. Joe was the only service person on site, and Dan S was the crew lead. I'd recommend them for thorough and prompt gutter maintenance.

I’ve used this company twice. This year, I came home as they were cleaning and there was a dog off leash in my yard. This was very upsetting to my dogs. Although the work was good, I probably would not use this company again.. there are several other companies to choose from that wouldn’t bring a dog with them.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the gutter boys installing new gutters and downspouts on my house. They moved quickly and did an excellent job. They were easy to communicate with. I was able to get on their schedule in a couple weeks. It was more money than I expected to spend, but I got 4 quotes from 4 different companies. They were the 2nd least expensive and were within $30 of the least expensive quote. I spent $3260 for new 6 inch gutters and downspouts. If I wanted gutter guards, would have been ~$5300. I will wait and do gutter guards later on if I keep the house. Overall

Many didn't bother to respond, others came out with hour long presentations, showed up unannounced and one one was just plain crazy. My experience with The Gutter Boys was impressive. We contracted with The Gutter Boys to install gutter guards for $2500 on our new house that is on a wooded lot.. They were out within a week or so to do the job. We was impressed that they were able to do the job in less than 1.5 hours.
We had some issues with rain coming over the gutters, and Shandale dispatched a crew to fix the issues. While they were here to fix the issue we were having, they made some recommendations for us to consider.

I have used this company several times before and for my loyalty they were going to charge me $300 to come out and put up a downspout and repair a gutter and that was just to come out. I have sent customers here and since I rehab homes I have used them on a couple of rehabs and my personal residence and this is the thanks I get. They are only getting a star bc Seth was helpful. They are pretty good once but after that they charge you a fortune. Shop around!!!

The "Gutter Boys" is truly a team of no-stress tradesmen. The phone scheduling was straightforward and painless, and the on-site visit went down as advertised- without a hitch. Not only did they NOT need to borrow my garden hose, "The Gutter Boys" even repaired my downspout as a gesture of goodwill. Finally, their minds are not always in the gutter: the company will also offer to "up-sale" your visit with their power-washing services, (which I maybto use at some point when the weather breaks).

Two years ago Gutter Boys replaced all our gutters. I never got around to doing a review. They did a great job and worked very hard to answer all our questions and meet our expectations. They even advised us on replacing our facia boards around the house before they put up new gutters for warranty purposes. They addressed any water overflow involving the roof pitch too. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Two years later they're still great! Hope you're surviving COVID-19.

Had Gutter Boys out to clean me gutters. What a joke! My gutters were not cleaned at all. There was still sludge in all my gutters. I called to complain and they told me their workers might not have been trained and threw only used my hose to pour down my downspouts! I paid $114 for someone to take a garden hose and pour it down my down spout and they called it clean! So they sent the supervisor out the next day, he did a bit of a better cleaning but I was just up there myself using a shovel to clean out the gutters! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They steal your money!! I'm not out $114

This is the second year I have had my gutters cleaned with this company and the first year no issue. In the second year after they came and cleaned out my gutters they left me the garbage back full of muck and leaves to put with my trash on trash day. I thought this was an oops by their service technician so I called and left a message and asked if this was standard practice and was told in a voicemail back by Russell "Yes it is standard practice for the service tech to leave the garbage bag of leaves/muck next to the garbage or drive so the customer can dispose of it on their garbage day

I needed new gutters and downspouts. I checked a number of vendors, and chose the Gutter Boys. The crew arrived on schedule, removed and replaced the second and third floor the first day, then came back the second day for the garage and first floor. They made a few improvements to the downspout flows and to the pitch of some gutters. Thanks to Russ. They also re-installed a couple of rain-barrels I had, in a much more professional way. I really appreciate that they get up on the roof and blow off the entire roof - not just the gutters! They clean up after their work leaving the grounds often better than they found them.
