We bill our customers upon completion of the project to ensure their expectations were satisfied. No deposits are required. As a company, we do not offer financing. We do not require any deposits. We invoice by mail upon completion of the work after our customers have inspected the final product. Typically, traditional cedar wood posts can last up to twenty years, and the fence boards will start to weather within that period.

I had someone come for an estimate one month ago, they said they would have a quote within 2-3 days. I called one week after to see if they has an update, they said they would have it emailed. I called a couple days after the initial call and they said they emailed it and were going to email it again. I called after that again and asked me to text them the address they came to and they were going to send it. I texted the number after that to see if they had an update, no answer via text. We had them put in about 40 feet of Vinyl fence with a gate. They were able to provide us with the quickest turnaround time and their estimate was right in line with other estimates received.
The installation was delayed about a month due to product availability. This was still quicker than time estimates I received from other companies, so I can't complain too much. The installation went quick and smooth and the fence looks great. It seems to be well installed so I am very happy with the final outcome. The crew was courteous and hard working.

We received a quote for tearing down the old fence and installing a new heat treated privacy wood fence, including a new driveway gate. The fence looks great and we receive many compliments. The quote was free, unlike some other local fence companies. We thought the price was more than fair. Julio and his team were very hard working and extremely efficient. We are very happy with the fence. The gate looks great, but seems to be a little misaligned. Maybe due to the heat?
Anyway, our neighbors were impressed and we have had several compliments and we would not hesitate to hire DFC again.

We hired Des Plaines Fence to tear down our old cedar fence and install a new cedar fence and we are very happy with their work!! The price was reasonable, they delivered on schedule and the crew was professional and did a great job. I would recommend Des Plaines Fence Co. if you are looking for a fence!!

Julio and his crew were outstanding. The treated wood fence they installed was perfect. We asked for some changes during installation and Julio took care of it immediately without question. He also explained everything that they did and was very professional. We highly recommend Des Plaines fence company. We are constantly getting compliments on our fence.

I recently used DFC to provide and install our beautiful 6 ft Cedar fence and couldn't be happier. From the minute I called for an estimate to the day they installed it I have to say was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable owner and crew members that worked well together and in a timely manner. There was never a moment I noticed them goofing around at all it was all business all day. Julio the owner was actually the person who came out to give me a quote but also was a part of the crew who built the fence. There were a couple of minor details I had them come back to address but they had no problem doing

Just had our fence replaced by Des Plaines Fence Company and I am so happy with the end product. So glad we went with 100% cedar. The owner Julio is so super nice and helpful when making our decision. They came, installed the fence, cleaned up and when they left you would not have known they were there except for the beautiful fence.
