I just had a service call by Izzy at Buckeridge- hadn't had a maintenance visit for over two years and he was terrific. He told me what he was going to do, then did the work. He then shared what he did, what he found that needed tweaking and told me I had a good system that should last a lot longer!! Showed up in the two hour window given to me and we have been using Buckeridge since installing a new garage door and door opener system 17 years ago.

I had a garage door problem. Living out of the area, I wanted to coordinate the repair with an another appointment. I called the office the day before to schedule the repair. The gentleman said he'd put me on the sheet for the following day and asked that I call them after that appointment ( which ended at 11AM) which I did. The office informed me that I wasn't on the schedule and that I'd be looking at a 1-3PM time slot. That time slot eventually became about 4:30PM. The only redeeming factor was the tech who they send out. He was knowledgeable, amiable, and fast.

Highly recommend. I called and spoke with Jason who was very helpful,friendly and patient. Dave came out the next day to install a new garage door opener. He was very friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. Vic arrived today to install new springs and door seal. Very nice and informative and did a great job. So nice to have a business you can trust and they are extremely reliable.

I received great service from Buckeridge tech David and great help walking through my options with Jason. I wanted help understanding what features were available and what the trade offs were, and they took the time to give me all the information I needed to be comfortable making a decision. David installed the new opener quickly and helped me link up my car. He even helped my friend who was visiting and has mobility issues, manage the steps leaving my house.

Victor came to assess and repair my garage door...DONE in an hour and extremely reasonable ($322)! He was very knowledgeable and replaced/repaired exactly what needed very quickly. A prior company came out and insisted I needed a completely new door at a cost of $3,800! I can't recommend Buckeridge Door enough!

I have used Buckeridge many times for several of my properties over the last 25 years. They always have great service at a fair price. The most recent time was for my garage door with a broken spring. Called them got same day service about 4 hours after the call. Quickly replaced the broken spring. I can't say enough about their response time in my opinion above and beyond what I expected.

Fantastic service. The technician (Izzy) called me 15 minutes prior to arrival, talked through the service he was going to perform, kept me updated on all of this issues during the service call and explained all charges and parts to me. When Izzy was done, he showed me everything he did and explained why it had to be done. Izzy was clean and very professional. Well done Buckeridge!

Izzy arrived promptly, and was wearing a mask. He was very helpful and did a fantastic job! Answered my numerous questions and explained exactly what work was needed. The replacement part needed was not available when he came for the initial appointment, but he arranged to obtain it in a couple of days, and made sure I was given an appointment for the earliest date of availability. He's an employee you can be very pleased with. I appreciate the quality of work performed. I've used your firm for multiple homes I've owned over the years, and am pleased each time.

Our garage door opener malfunctioned. Buckeridge was quick to come out within 24 hours. As repeat customers over the last 25 years, we have been nothing short of happy with all services. Izzy was the latest technician we had. He went out of his way to come out at 6:30am to assist us with our issue, spent time consulting on the problem and potential solutions, and ended up completing the work on time. All with a smile. I had Buckeridge convert my existing 2-car and 1-car garage doors to a High-Lift configuration, and replace my traditional garage door openers with LiftMaster 8500 Jack-Drive units. The 8500s are very small and quiet, and mount on the wall with the door, so no more clunky… appliances hanging from the center of the garage ceiling. This rating is for the service. The company put in the doors, and was available for my first maintenance need years later. The tech came right out and fixed the problem. Professional and reasonable.

I know sticking a sticker as a reminder you exist on someone's property seems to feel like a birthright for service providers, but I think it's BS. This isn't the 90's, and you have a 5 star average in Yelp. You're fine....

Great experiences with this company regarding a garage door opener. They were prompt in responding to our call about the door going partway up, part way down and pretty much responding erratically. "Izzie" checked out the door itself and all its parts, making sure it was level before suggesting it was a problem with the circuit board of the old unit. We knew the unit was around 15 years old, so not surprised. They came back and installed a new opener. The technician "Izzie" was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Primary reason to use Buckeridge Door is all the service guys & installers actually are employees and not some run of the mill sub-contractor and this is what keeps the highest quality control.
I needed a spring replaced and cable adjusted which they also adjusted the opener and lubed everything and even offered to lube and check my other door that wasn't connected to this door at no additional charge, that's true customer service.

You CANNOT go wrong with Buckeridge. We have used them for over 30 years, and just had them do yet another garage door. BY FAR the best company. From beginning to end, everything flowed as planned. George (the salesman) knew exactly what kind of door would look best and he was right. Keith and Stu were fabulous on installation and very personable. Thank you Buckeridge for NOT ONLY doing the job you were asked to do (which is unusual these days), but making it simple and painless. You're the best.

If you ever get a "broken" garage door, call these people. The first company that I called said that I needed a new garage door and it would cost me $1100. It was recommended that I call Buckeridge and they came immediately and it cost $153. Many things can be repaired, and if it can be done, they can do it.

I have used Buckeridge for years now. They always are very professional. Prompt service. The repairs guys are nice and pleasant. No problem they can't fix. From broken springs to installation of our new garage door. Like any service business not the cheapest out there. But you pay for what you get. And the service is excellent. I recommend them to friends.
