I needed two driveways done and I was having issues with other companies being unresponsive and not punctual. JAG replied and gave me pricing almost immediately. They had people on site within a week of 1st contact. One job needed a concrete driveway and the other blacktop. Both jobs were completed to a very high standard. Extremely happy with communication and quality of work. I highly recommend and will definitely use again. The owner is a very nice person and made the whole process pleasant.

I used JAG to replace my driveway and to add Belgian block curbing at my home in Clifton. In addition, I had them dig up a drainage line for my downspouts which was under the old driveway and replace it with a line no longer under the driveway but instead alongside the driveway.
JAG had been recommended to me and I am very pleased in every way. JAG was very competitive with the other two estimates I had gotten. I chose to go with JAG based on that recommendation and the professionalism I sensed in the owner, Lorena.

Lorena, George and the entire Jag Paving team did an amazing job at our home. This wasn’t an easy and straightforward job, but they took their time, gave their expertise and executed a beautiful final product. While they might not be the cheapest; they are the BEST!!! Very honest, responsive, clean and experienced. We plan to do another protest with them.... We highly recommend Jag!!!

Contact them to redo my driveway. I was told that the job would take two to three days. The following day I received a phone call telling me they would be there that morning. They removed the old blacktop and on the same day put down the new blacktop. I feel it was rushed. When it rains, there are small pools of water. I have tried calling and I am told the owner is not there or she is busy. Will call back, never called me back. Be very careful, she is all smiles in the beginning but when you have a problem no callback. Very disgraceful and poor business skills.

My friend recommended Jag Paving Corp to me. Lorena, the owner, provided a reasonable quote, and she supervised the project from start to finish. The workers showed up on time and they did an amazing job. They were very professional and had all of the materials and equipment ready on the job site. They were also nice and had a friendly attitude while communicating with me about the project. Additionally, they provided a valuable recommendation on leveling the loan that is adjacent to the area that they were fixing. An excellent job all around! Thank you so much guys!

I contracted with Jag Paving to have several jobs done in my house: driveway repaving, removal and replacement of stucco on the right side of the home, removal and replacement the outdoor front steps, and installation of a drywell and trench in front of the garage. Once the paving, drywell and trench installation, and stucco were completed (around June 7), a couple weeks after (July 2), rainwater was going directly inside the garage and collecting in front of it. After several attempts to contact the company, Mrs. Lugo returned to my property and removed the drywell (July 15) and told me to "

I was recommend by a family member and they were correct when they said that they do outstanding work. I'd like to say that i loved the job that Jag Paving has done for me. They redid driveway and steps and it came out so amazing. The owners George and Lorena Lugo answered all my questions super quick and honestly went out for there way for me while also keeping the price good. I am not the type of person who generally posts reviews, but the experience my husband and I have had with JAG Paving has been so negative that we felt it was imperative to warn others so that they don't ever think of using this company.
In May 2019, I contacted JAG Paving to get an estimate to rip out our old cracked concrete garage floor and lay a new concrete one. I had a scheduled appointment with the owner Lorena. She showed up over an hour late and never called to notify me that she would be delayed. When she finally arrived, there was no apology for being late or any explanation

My next door neighbor highly recommended Jag Paving Corp to me and they definitely lived up to their reputation and recommendation. I was impressed by the amazing masonry workmanship done to my West Orange front yard. They built a walkway, new front steps with a sleek lime stone finish and stuccoed around my entire house. In addition, these jobs were complimented with a asphalt driveway hedged with river stones. I've been raving about Jag Paving Corp's Customer Service because the owner Loraina would personally come every morning to make sure everything was running smoothly and on task

Not a good experience. I set up an appointment, and they never showed up. I called them a half hour after the scheduled time and was told that something went wrong, and they would call me back right away. An hour later they call back saying the person's phone wasn't working and that they could set up another appointment; no apology, no explanation. That's all I needed to know about this company; I can only imagine how the work would go. I would never hire these people for anything!

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I called to make an appointment for 2 weeks in advance, the secretary took all my information including my address and I thought I was all set. On the day of my appointment, no one showed up or called by the appointment time. So I called and left a message inquiring their whereabouts. When I received a call back from the owner, she stated that she didn't know about the appointment and would have to give me a call back. 1 hour later the secretary calls to reschedule the appointment for later that day. She apologized for the earlier missed appointment

They do good work and the price is not outrageous. But the big problem is they don't get back to you on the phone and it's hard to pin them down to an appointment. They're not honest when it comes to when they will do the work or responding to you. They're classic in the approach of "nodding" but they really disregard you.

Years ago JAG did our driveway and did a good job so we called them back for our sidewalk. It was a small simple job that turned into a nightmare. They were incredibly difficult to communicate with, even finding when they might start the job took many phone calls, they never came when they said they would usually showing up a day late, then when they would come they never communicated (for example after laying down concrete one might expect ab quick notice of how long it will take to set, but no) we then, after several days,had to call to find out when they would come back to remove the braces

Wish they had no stars just got off the phone with a lady and she was trying to tell me what I needed. I tried to tell what I needed. I told her i know what I want she said that she has a quote. I told her not for what I want for because you never spoke to me before you went to my house. Then I told her I was on vacation and she kept going and told me I was a bad man....lol.......so much for using someone local stay away

For about 15 years I have been patching my stairs never wanting to get them redone. This last storm destroyed them. All the patch was gone. I saw a Jag paving truck on Elm Street in front of my house. So I asked the very courteous guy to give me an estimate. It was the lowest. And they were ready to go today as soon as spring start it and the weather was better. they gave the best estimate and they finished in one day. It is like a piece of art. It's cold outside its windy and they did a fantastic job. Never interrupting anything that I had to do at my house. I highly recommend them. Very
